Work With Us
  • Make sure to outline the tasks and responsibilities associated with each position held in your resume.
  • Submit the details of two clinical referees.
  • Get references from line managers or clinical staff members who hold a more senior position than you. In addition, your referees must also directly work with you.
  • Wait for a response from our recruiting consultants.
  • We will send a confirmation via e-mail and schedule a telephone interview. For international applicants, we can coordinate you with a registered migration agent who will guide and inform you about current and relevant visa legislation. The agent will also advise you on the best options for working in Australia.
  • Mandatory requirements.
  • Current registration with the nursing and midwifery board of Australia.
  • Current practising certificate
  • Recent police clearance certificate
  • Willingness to obtain a blue card and yellow card.
  • Certificate III in aged care, disability, or community.
  • Reliable transport
  • Current first aid, CPR and manual handling
  • Monitoring clients’ safety, comfort and welfare by contacting them by phone or by making home visit(s).
  • At least 100 hours of paid work relative to the position applied for.
